SH. Montia was established in 1968 by the late Rafael Montia, Menachem Montia has served as the company's CEO since 2007.
Menachem has extensive and varied experience in the world of paint and coatings - in tanks, construction, power plants, industrial facilities and the defense industry.

As part of her Jewish role, she is responsible for the financial management of the company, including the financial management of the company's human resources and contractors.
